For the last seven years, Genesis Jones has been on the run after turning informant for the FBI against her husband, second in command to an Irish Mafia family, Kiefer O’Reilly.
When a chance encounter puts her in the path of Kiefer’s twin brother, Tadgh, Genesis knows it’s only a matter of time before the twins catch up to her and exact punishment for snitching on the family.
However, in her opinion, Genesis had a damn good reason to turn her cheating, lying, murderous jerk of a husband and his family over to the police. If it wasn’t for them acting like they didn’t need to abide by the laws and ethics of the rest of the world, then maybe she wouldn’t have suffered at their hands and lost one of the twins she was carrying. Now she has a son to protect and despite their insistence she bring him home, she isn’t going peacefully.
When the O’Reilly brothers catch up to Genesis, they realize she isn’t the same sweet, innocent woman who worshipped them unconditionally. This Genesis, this hardened woman with a chip on her shoulder bigger than they can even begin to comprehend, is cruel, conniving and hellbent on escaping. She hates them for not keeping her and her unborn children safe and causing her immeasurable pain with the loss of one of them. However, her living son is the heir to their family and the twins are not going to let her go without a fight. They decide the best way to bring her back into the fold is by doubling up on their efforts. If one of them is away, the other will always be with her.
Genesis isn’t going to play by their rules. While they think two is better than one, she passionately believes it’ll be easy to divide and conquer. A house divided cannot stand and the best way to do what she needs to do is to seduce the brothers separately and pit them against each other in a love triangle for the ages.
The brothers have a few surprises of their own for Genesis. They don’t keep secrets from each other, and they don’t mind sharing. While Genesis thinks she’s playing them off one another, they’re both plotting to win her heart together. What one brother can do well, two will do exceptionally.
When the family tries to get in the way of brothers’ plans, they’re going to show them all, Genesis included, the O’Reilly family is under new leadership, and they’ll do whatever it takes to keep their woman safe and satisfied. They have their beloved back home where she belongs and nobody, not even their own flesh and blood, will take her from them again. Let the seduction of Genesis begin.
